pine's generalized granola recipe: 6 parts dry 1 part wet if you make a "part" 1 cup, then it fits nicely on one standard US baking sheet. dry = rolled oats, nuts, spices, cocoa powder, coconut flakes, seeds, whatever i like about 3 parts rolled oats but you should do what you want wet = olive oil, coconut oil, maple syrup, any combination of whatever. mix in a bowl spread on a baking sheet w/ liner put in oven cooling off from 450f, like if you made pizza right beforehand. 350f works too but the granola is just a little bit chewier. maybe you like that! leave it alone until the oven is cool. optionally add dried fruits or choco chips or whatever else wouldn't have stood up to oven temps but is shelf-stable. store and enjoy whenever the mood strikes with yogurt, milk, or peanut butter.
